Lusciously sweet corn in 62F sun!!! Such a short drive to such fun! IMHO they have enough coverage to survive tonight’s 60F rain and make it to this closing weekend strong.

Marty’s email said to pick the tickets up at “Sommet des Neiges, 150 Chemin au Pied de la Montage at the front desk”.

Great! That’s two votes for yes – the local waiter at my lunch today had also recommended it. The view is supposed to be tremendous.

(I had to respond via website, the phone app won’t let me type anything in the reply message field yet, probably have to re-check the permissions).

It’s my first visit to Mont Tremblant. I could well be wrong, but my advanced reading of the Fairmont hotel one left me a little underwhelmed, and thus off my personal list. However I do have reservations at the second one on Thursday. Can share my post-dining impressions.

Somehow the event went from 0 to 60mph, where it looks as though most of the major events are already SOLD OUT. The locals must have had a heads up.

The daily ski meet ups, Welcome party, and a few après events are open and free.

Other charity events appear to allow walk ins with “donations suggested”.
